Once you have children you realize how much 'stuff' has to go with you wherever you go. I thought we had a lot when we just had Kaelyn, but now with Kaden the load has grown even more. Kaelyn is at an age now where she enjoys doing things in the car when we're traveling. That means making sure she has plenty to do, snacks to eat and of course the necessities we need for a baby like diapers, wipes, pacifier, etc. Thankfully I have found a terrific way to organize it all thanks to Zen Class!
Anyone who travels by plane knows what a hassle the airport and actual flight can be. Between standing in line where you're juggling magazines, laptops, cell phones, searching for your ID and on the plane where you're stuck in the middle seat, pinned by strangers and unable to reach your carry-on...it can be quite chaotic. It was experiences just like this that finally had Zen Class founders, Jesse Travis and Brent Hollowell, saying "ENOUGH"! They saw a need to make flying (and traveling in general) easier and so, Zen Class was born. Their mantra is "upgrade yourself" to Zen Class, where traveling is actually a pleasant experience.
Zen Class was kind enough to send us their Zen Class Nirvana Seat-back Travel Organizer to review.

Although we have not flown with our kids yet, we find ourselves in a similar situation as Jesse and Brent did with day to day travel. Between all of the kids' things (diapers, toys, blankets, etc) and ours (keys, money, IDs, etc) we have our hands full and were in desperate need of making traveling more comfortable and manageable. That's why I was very excited to receive this organizer and test it out ourselves.
We've already used the Zen Class Nirvana Organizer several times. And, although it's not what Zen Class originally set out to do...I can tell you that it has become one of my favorite diaper bags! Its size is so practical and the amount of storage is amazing. I found that several diapers, wipes, pacifiers, snacks, books and more are so easy to tote around with this great 'bag'. There's even a place where I can easily locate my keys, license and money. With the Zen Class Nirvana Organizer I have no need for a purse! LOVE IT!
We've also used it on the back of the seat in the car. It's the perfect way to organize the kids' things especially. We keep movies for the kids to watch while we travel, snacks, books, toys, diapers, wipes and other useful things all perfectly organized in the Zen Class Organizer. It has worked out perfectly for Kaelyn who enjoys looking at books and keeping her self entertained while in the car.
As I said, we have not traveled with it on a plane yet, but when we do have the opportunity...the Zen Class will definitely be the first thing we grab! I can see how this would be very beneficial and would make flying much less stressful and a lot easier. To use it on a plane, simply unlock the plane seat tray and pull it down. Then slide the traay table into the back pocket of the opened Nirvana Organizer (pocket pictured below) and return covered tray table to its upright and locked position. In just seconds you have all your things organized and right in front of you.
While searching through the Zen Class website, I also realized that this product can be easily hung on the back of a stroller. I have not tried this yet, but will definitely do so once we begin using our stroller to go to the park and other places more often. It would be a great place to store the diapers and wipes for Kaden, as well as drinks, snacks and anything else we would need.
After having had the opportunity to try out the Zen Class Nirvana Seat-back Travel Organizer for ourselves, I am far more impressed than I ever expected to be. I love how multi-functional it is and know that it would make any sort of travel much easier, more comfortable and a lot more manageable! I would highly recommend this to anyone (with or without kids).
The Zen Class Organizer offers so many great features...many more than I'm sure I've even been able to discuss here. So, be sure to check out their website to see more pictures and information about this product!
