Kaelyn is at an age where she loves to engage in imaginative play. She watches the tasks mommy and daddy do and imitates those things with her toys. For instance, she loves to play house...taking care of her babies and making pretend food! She also enjoys taking care of her stuffed animals like they are her real pets! I love watching as she plays and when it comes time to find her gifts for her birthday and Christmas, I look for toys that will encourage her creativity. Thankfully, Hasbro makes that easy!
When I learned we were going to have the opportunity to review the FurReal Friends Daisy Plays with Me Kitty Toy, I knew Kaelyn would be thrilled! I was right!! When the kitty arrived, she couldn't wait to check it out.
I wasn't sure how big the toy would be, so when it arrived and I realized that it's larger than I thought, I was very happy! It's more realistic for Kaelyn which makes playtime even more fun for her!
This cuddly kitty toy is absolutely adorable just like a real kitten, and the neatest feature (and Kaelyn's favorite!) is that she responds like a real kitty too! She comes with a kitty toy so when Kaelyn waves it in front of her or pets her forehead, she actually pounces and moves her paws! I knew this was a FurReal Friends toy, but I had no idea just how "real" she would seem! So.Much.Fun!
My son Kaden likes to press her back and squeeze her front paw to get her to make purring sounds too! There's even a little meowing song when her paw is squeezed twice!
We've loved this fun FurReal Friends Kitty! She provides fun just like a real cat, all while being kitten-cute! I was impressed with all that she can do, all while looking like a real cat. It really makes playtime a lot of fun for Kaelyn and is a new addition to her pretend play activities.
This is a great gift idea for ages 4 and up and one I would recommend checking out for those with little ones this Christmas!
