AIR-O-SWISS Digital Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier Review and Giveaway

With the furnace running constantly, this is the time of year when I really start to notice how dry the air is in our home. I especially can tell when I wake up with a scratchy throat and dry skin and lips. We've tried humidifiers in the past that were cheap and worthless. We gave up on finding one that worked and have been miserable ever since. That is, until we came across AIR-O-SWISS.

AIR-O-SWISS offers advanced air treatment systems such as ultrasonic humidifiers, air washers, air purifiers and evaporator humidifiers. These products not only have a modern, sleek and functional design but also provide healthy room air through proper humidification and air purification.

We were sent the AOS 7144 Digital Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier. It's made for rooms up to 650 sq ft and allows for cool or warm humidification. When it arrived, I hadn't even turned it on and was already impressed with its sleek and modern design. Unlike other humidifiers we've had, it's very appealing and compact. After feeling the effects of living with such dry air for so long...I was very excited to try out this new humidifier.



After soaking the demineralization cartridge in water for 24 hours, we were all set to try out our new humidifier and learn more about the features it has to offer. I have to say that I'm very pleased, not only with the results but also how easy it is to use! The large LCD display and buttons make it simple to find a setting that works for you. I have to say my favorite feature is the hygrostat, which allows you to set your desired humidity level (recommended between 40 and 60%). The until will switch off when the moisture level exceeds the desired setting and will turn back on again when needed.

I also really appreciate how easy the AOS 7144 is to keep clean! The Demineralization Cartridge and the Ionic Silver Stick help to prevent the growth of microbes in the water base. The high-frequency vibrations also help to destroy most microbes.

I have to say that after having tried the AOS 7144, I don't know how we went without it for so long. I've never woke up feeling better than I do now. There are so many benefits to having the right amount of humidification in your home....some of which I didn't even realize until learning more about this great humidifier. Did you know that it can help to reduce:

• tiredness, sickness and discomfort
• Susceptibility to colds
• chapped lips, irritated eyes and dry, itchy skin
• damage to wooden objects
• levels of dust
• static electricity

And...it really does help me sleep better. It's amazing what a little more humidity in the air can do for one's sleep and health.

I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to try the AOS 7144. It's truly the highest of quality and does what it is intended to do. I would highly recommend this AIR-O-SWISS humidifier to anyone I know.
