Famosa Pinypon Snow Ski Lodge and Snow Adventure Car & Tow ~ Review & Giveaway (Winner's Choice)

One of the things I enjoy most is sitting back and watching my kids play! It's so fun to listen as they use their imaginations and play together. That's why I always look for toys that encourage open-ended play...those that they'll be able to play with and enjoy day after day. Thankfully, Famosa offers exactly that!

Established in 1957, Famosa has become a leading European toy company and doll manufacturer based in Spain. The company offers innovative, safe, and high quality products that foster all around development for young children. They currently operate in over 95 countries, reaching a wide range of consumers. They market brands including Pinypon, Nenuco, nancy and Feber. 

We were sent the Pinypon Snow Ski Lodge playset and the accompanying Pinypon Snow Adventure Car & Tow to review. 

When the products arrived, Kaelyn was most excited to check it out! She loves playsets like this and knows just how fun they can be! I could tell the Ski Lodge was large, so I couldn't help but wonder how long it would take to put together. 

It did end up taking a while, but thankfully was not hard since there were such helpful instructions with pictures to guide us! There are just a lot of little pieces which took a while to put in their places. It was definitely worth the wait though...this Snow Ski Lodge is every little girl or boy's dream (especially those in the Midwest like we are!)

The Ski Lodge features a fun ski lift and ski slope, as well as many fun accessories like skis, a snow mobile, a sled, and so much more! It offers everything a child would need to play for hours on end. The sky is the limit as to where their imaginations will take them! 

Kaelyn enjoys the fact that one side is the outside of the Ski Lodge (where all the snow activities take place), and the other side is the inside of the Ski Lodge where the Pinypon Friends can get warm and relax. 

Speaking of the Pinypon Friends, they are unique in that bodies come apart so different accessories can be added. For instance, they have two faces (one on each side of the head) as well as scarves, hats, snow goggles and more that can be worn! 

They even have their own little skis and ice skates which can be used on the best feature of all. The REAL ice skating rink! That's right! There's a blue "pond" that can be filled with water and frozen so the Pinypon Friends can actually ice skate! How neat is that?! 

This feature is Kaelyn and Kaden's favorite part! It makes it more real for them when playing with the playset. 

Accompanying the Ski Lodge was the Pinypon Snow Adventure Car & Tow. 

I appreciated that this toy did not have much assembly required, other than putting on the decal stickers. Kaelyn helped out with that part and enjoyed making the car her own!

I was impressed with how many accessories came with the Car & Two set. It came with a Pinypon Friend in winter attire and her Pet, as well as a number of fun accessories like a snowboard, skis, luggage and more!

All of the accessories fit nicely on and under the tow...not only making it fun to play with but also great for storage when not in use!

The kids love to play with this car and take the Pinypon Friends to their Ski Lodge in it. Everything has held up well and seems to be great quality! I can tell that both of these will be play sets that all three of my kids will be able to enjoy for a long time. 

If you have younger children I would recommend checking out these Pinypon playsets. They would make great gift ideas for Christmas!
