Build-A-Bear Workshop Review & $20 GC Giveaway

If you've been a follower here for a while, you know that I'm a big fan of Build-A-Bear Workshop. We began taking our kids there when Kaelyn was two years old. That is how we made the transition to no pacifier (you can read more about that experience, here). It has always been a favorite for everyone in our family, not just the kids...but for my husband and I as well.

I love Build-A-Bear Workshop and the experience they give children (and adults too) to make their own stuffed animal. Whether it's something for yourself, or someone else, this is a great way to make a personal and meaningful gift and friend. We have visited Build-A-Bear Workshop several times in the past few years, and have also ordered cuddly friends from them right online.

I used to think the only way to make a stuffed animal from Build-A-Bear Workshop was to go into an actual store. Living over an hour from the nearest one doesn't always make that very easy, which is why I love that they offer a super cute collection of featured pals right online. It makes it possible to purchase and make adorable gifts with the click of a button! How neat and convenient is that?! You can even customize them with a song!

We were thrilled to recently learn more about their March lineup which includes the 100th Anniversary Girl Scout Bear, Watercolor Bunny, Happy Chick, EB Bunny or Purple Hello Kitty®.
Aren't they all adorable?! I just love how each one is unique and so cute. When my kids spotted them, they each had their favorite in mind...which worked out well since Build-A-Bear Workshop offered to send us two to review as a member of Build-A-Bear Workshop's 15 Friends!

Kaelyn fell in love with the Purple Hello Kitty and Kaden liked EB Bunny right away!


Although we've owned several Build-A-Bear Workshop friends over the years, each one always amazes me! The quality is top-notch, not to mention that they are all unique...oh, and did I say super CUTE! :) EB Bunny is no different...he's adorable (and arrived in a Build-A-Bear Workshop signature box).

Just in time for Easter, EB Bunny is a great gift idea for children. He has a very unique look, and is such a nice size for little ones to cuddle with. At 16 inches, it's the perfect size for Kaden to carry around and snuggle with. In fact, he has not wanted to put him down since it arrived.

Kaelyn's Purple Hello Kitty has not arrived yet, however...I know she will be thrilled when it does! Afterall, combining one of her favorites...Hello Kitty, with her favorite color...well, you could say I have one very EXCITED little girl!

I love that the color, as purple is so perfect for Spring. Again...with Easter just around the corner, this would make a great gift for a little girl in anyone's life...especially if they're a Hello Kitty fan like my daughter!!

And of course, if you live near a Build-A-Bear Workshop, you can always go into the store and make a friend of your choosing. If you've never done this before, I highly recommend it. It's such a fun way to get kids involved...from picking out a stuffed animal to having it stuffed, bathed and dressed...it is a unique experience we never get tired of!
