Aeromax Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle ~ Review

Posted by Jenna | Wednesday, March 21, 2012

Both Kaelyn and Kaden love pretend play. Make-believe is such a magical part of childhood, and it's really neat to sit back and watch as they use their imaginations. Whether it's through toys, costumes or something else...their creativity never ceases to amaze me. I love encouraging this kind of play, which is why I appreciate a company like Aeromax! They help parents find a great selection of realistic, affordable dress-up gear and other items for their kids, all in one location.

Founded 15 years ago, Aeromax began when President Mark Levine created one product...the Aeromax 2000 Tangle Free Toy parachute. Over the years, the product line has continued to grow, now offering more than 300 (and counting) items as well as every top toy industry award.

I was introduced to Aeromax a couple of years ago and am always impressed with their great range of dress-up clothes and other items. Aeromax has it all when it comes to must-have pretend items. Whether you're looking for hats, career gear, or even toys...they have something to suit every interest and imagination!

Having had such a positive experience with Aeromax in the past, I was thrilled to learn about a new product they've come out with and that we were going to have the opportunity to review it! We were sent the Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle.

Features/Benefits:
  • For ages 3+ up to 90 lbs
  • For use in the house or at the pool
  • Realistic look with instrument panel, guages, etc
  • Inflated dimensions 43" length, 45" wing span, 25" tall
When the Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle arrived, my kids were very excited to check it out. I have to admit, so was I!
I was happy to find the space shuttle to be very easy to get ready for liftoff. With the use of an electric air pump, I was able to inflate each of the sections in no time at all. Thankfully it was easy and fast, as I had two VERY eager little ones waiting to hop aboard for a journey into space or wherever their minds wanted to take them!
As they each got a turn to give it a try, I was happy with how durable this adorable Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle is. With a max weight allowance of 90 lbs, this is something I can tell will hold up and get a lot of use for a very long time.
Another thing I really love, is the nice size. It's actually larger than expected, which is such a pleasant surprise. Measuring 43" length, 45" wing span, and 25" tall, it makes it that much more realistic and fun for the kids.

Of course one of their favorite features is the genuine looking instrument panel with guages and built in portal view of Earth! As they takeoff to explore the planets, moon and more...they love to pretend to push buttons and make noises like they're flying a space shuttle. It's so much fun to watch!
We've been really happy with the Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle! The quality is fantastic, and the hours of fun it provides both in the house, outside and even at the pool is beyond anything I expected. It allows Kaelyn and Kaden to take adventures wherever their minds take them. I would definitely recommend this toy to parents with young children.
And, for more great dress up gear, accessories and toys...I'd definitely urge you to check out everything Aeromax has to offer! You're sure to find something that suits your child's interests.

Buy It: You can purchase the Jr. Space Explorer Inflatable Space Shuttle for $34.95.
