Johnson's Treasuring Everyday Joy Blog Tour

Being a parent is not only the most important job in the world, but also the BEST! I always knew I wanted to be a mom and feel incredibly blessed to have two wonderful children! I couldn't imagine my life without them in it. Watching them learn new things, play together and explore the world around them is the best. It's the greatest to watch their little personalities come to life.

When our daughter Kaelyn was born, our lives changed forever! To hold in our arms, a life we created was (and still is) absolutely amazing! Words can not describe the love and joy we felt that moment we first became parents. Kaelyn has a very sweet and sensitive side, but is also our outgoing child whose energy fills a room. She has been a talker from the time she was just months old, and by 1 years old was speaking in full sentences. I love that I never know what she's going to say next...she always amazes me! For instance, the other day I asked her if she could stay little forever (I just love this stage)! Kaelyn responded and simply said "Mom, I have to grow. Roses grow, Trees grow and bodies grow. I have to grow and get bigger, that's just how it is". I love this little girl more than words and couldn't ask for a better daughter.

We always knew we wanted to have more children and couldn't have been happier when our family became a family of 4! That feeling of awe and amazement as we held this new little life came over us again the moment Kaden was born! It was incredible. We had so much love for this little boy from the very start. His sweet, quiet and easy going personality shined through instantly. He is the happiest, most softhearted little guy you could ever meet. It brings me so much joy to be able to call him my son. He is constantly learning new things, saying new words and giving us the biggest smiles in the world.

I think one of the greatest moments of being a mom has been watching Kaelyn and Kaden together. Nothing is better to watch than Kaden running up to his sister for a great big hug or them sitting and playing with one another. I hope that they are always this close!

Although life gets busy and being a parent isn't always easy...it's the most incredible and rewarding experience, and I wouldn't trade it for the world! Being a mom is amazing and I am honored to call these two little ones mine. I never knew how much a heart could love until I had them. It's the little things...the "I love you's", the hugs and kisses, the big smiles, the cuddles...that are the everyday moments I will treasure always!

This year, in honor of Mother's Day and mom's everywhere, Johnson's is introducing the "Treasuring Everyday Joy" campaign, which encourages Moms to take a moment to pause and reflect on the happiness motherhood has brought them. I'd love to hear the memorable moments you've had with your children and the joy they bring to your life!

As a trusted partner to Moms for over 100 years, Johnson's wants to hear about these special moments. And, in an effort to help ensure all families have the support and ability to generate special memories, they will donate $1 to the March of Dimes for every "like" on Facebook.com/johnsonsbaby. Also, start looking through your photos, because Johnson's will be hosting a series of photo contests on its Facebook page beginning this month (May!). Selected monthly winners will receive one of a variety of prizes and be eligible for the $25,000 Grand Prize, to be announced in January 2012.

**I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Johnson’s and received Johnson’s Baby products and a promotional item and to facilitate my review.
