Johnson's Baby Oil Blog Tour

After a blizzard and over a foot of snow this weekend, it's definitely feeling like winter around here. With winter not only comes bad weather, but also extremely dry skin. Both my kids and I have dry skin this time of year and I'm always trying to find the best products to help. Thankfully, I was introduced to Johnson's Shea & Cocoa Butter line of oil products.

As part of the Johnson's Blog Tour through Mom Central, we were sent Johnson's Baby Oil, Johnson's Baby Oil Gel and Johnson's Baby Creamy Oil.

As with many families, we have used several Johnson's products over the years. What I love most about them, is that they offer a solution gentle enough for baby, but also strong enough for moms. With all products dermatologist and allergy-tested, I feel confident using them on my skin, as well as my kids' skin. That's why I was excited to try out these new products. They are something we can all use!

What makes these products different is that they are infused with nurturing properties Shea & Cocoa Butter which helps soothe, moisturize and protect during these winter months especially. My only question was...would they really work?! Well, having used them, I can say that they really do seem to be helping our dry skin! YAY!

I am especially fond of the Johnson's Baby Oil Gel (especially for me!), as this is less messy and still effective in relieving the dry skin and itchyness that comes along with it. It goes on smoothly, and as with all of these great products, has a sweet, yet subtle fragrance (for some reason the scent reminds me of summer which makes it even better!) I like to apply it on my wet skin after a shower to help lock in moisture and appreciate that it provides all the benefits of Johnson's baby oil in a concentrated gel form.

The Johnson's Baby Creamy Oil was surprisingly not greasy (I know it said non-greasy, but I couldn't help but wonder) and absorbed quickly....leaving behind nothing but baby soft skin. I noticed our skin was soft and moisturized after using this product and unlike some lotions and moisturizers we've tried in the past, this seems to be long-lasting which is great!

Although a little more messy, I do still love the Johnson's Baby Oil with Shea and Cocoa Butter to soothe and relieve dry, rough patches. It does a great job in leaving my kids' skin soft and smooth, while locking in up to ten times more moisture on wet skin after a shower than ordinary lotion!

I appreciate having been introduced to the Johnson's Shea & Cocoa Butter line of oil products. We have been in need of skincare products that work well in taking care of dry skin, and so far these have been meeting our needs perfectly! The kids and I are both more comfortable having soft, moisturized skin and appreciate having them on hand.

Buy It: You can purchase the Johnson's Shea & Cocoa Butter line of oil products on Johnson's website.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Johnson’s and received the products necessary to facilitate my review. In addition, I received a gift certificate to thank me for taking the time to participate
