Bugalug Review and Coupon Code

Anyone who has been a follower of my blog for a while, knows that I am somewhat of a 'girly girl'. I love that my 2 year old daughter is the same way! She is always asking for her necklaces to wear and for Mommy to do her hair. I have a whole drawer full of cheap hair clips and bows for her that were worn once and never touched again though. The problem is...her hair is still too fine and there's not a whole lot of it yet to use cheap hair accessories that are not made the best. In search for cuter, and better quality accessories...I came across Bugalug and couldn't be happier that I did!

Bugalug began when Sundi and a friend realized the need for cute barrettes that were safe and would stay where they were put. Selling at trade shows and craft fairs, they realized Mom's loved the simple designs and trendy colors of Bugalug barrettes. They even caught the eye of a few retailers, and within 4 months were in over 95 stores across Canada! Since opening, Bugalug has grown to carry much more than cute barrettes. You'll also find adorable headbands, pony loops, soother clips, belts and more!

Bugalug sent us their Butterfly/Bubbles Cinch Belt and two Pink/Multistripe No-Slip Bows for Kaelyn.

When the package arrived I was immediately impressed with the quality of the items. We've used a lot of bows and never have I found any that compared to these. They are not only made with adorable ribbon, but also seem well made and sturdy. I didn't know exactly what the Cinch belt would be like, but this too...far exceeded any expectations I had.

Kaelyn is tall and pretty thin. It's rather difficult to keep her jeans up, and no matter how many belts we've tried, we've had no luck. I was very excited to give the Cinch belt a try. The first time Kaelyn wore jeans after we got the belt, I put it on her. I was amazed at how well it fit her tiny waist. I love the idea of a belt 'cinching' around the waste so it fits better. Not only did it do what it needed to, but it is also SUPER cute! It matched the bows we were sent, perfectly. I'd love to get myself one of their womens belts, as well as Kaden one of their boys Cinch belts when he gets older.

The moment I put the bows in her hair, I knew that they would be something we'd use a lot. I love that the colors/patterns are trendy and versatile...as we're able to use them with many of the outfits she has.

Most importantly though, they STAYED PUT! I couldn't believe how well they stayed in her fine hair. They looked adorable too!

I am extremely happy with the quality of these Bugalug products, as well as how cute they are. This is exactly what we've been looking for in a belt for Kaelyn, as well as hair accessories. As I mentioned before, they carry a number of great accessories. I'd love to get some of their headbands and pony loops for Kaelyn as her hair continues to grow. Too cute!

Those are so cute! I especially love the belt. My daughter has trouble keeping her pants up too because she is so thin.

Thanks for stopping by Healthy Moms and leaving us a comment.

    Have a totally awesome Thursday!
