360° Sealer Diaper Disposal System from Tommee Tippee ~ Review

**The product for this review was provided by Tommee Tippee! All opinions are my own and were not influenced in any way.

A nursery or home that smells of dirty diapers is one of the not-so-pleasant things that come along with cute little baby and toddler bums.  When Cameron was a baby, sometimes we would just set dirty diapers outside on our front porch to avoid bad smells.  (I'm sure our neighbors loved that...) To help parents avoid the stink, Tommee Tippee developed the 360° sealer Diaper Disposal System.

Tommee Tippee has earned a reputation for its clever ideas, product quality and simply intuitive designs that promote natural development at every age, stage and feeding need.  The Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer is the only diaper disposal system on the market that seals each dirty diaper all the way around in antimicrobial film, helping to lock in odor and helping to keep your nursery smelling fresh.  So I was excited when I learned that I would get to review one!  I've always been really pleased with any Tommee Tippee products I've tried in the past.
I will say that the 360 Sealer was great at keeping bad odors away. I followed the instructions on how to set up and install the antimicrobial film, but when I went to put a dirty diaper into the pail, the system kept getting jammed.  The dial wouldn't turn and it seemed like the pail wasn't designed to dispose of larger diapers (Cameron wears a size 4).

Another problem I encountered with the 360 Sealer was that the plastic used for the sliding drawer is too thin. Consequently, my toddler can open it by giving it a good tug.  It's designed so that you have to push the button in before you pull out, but I found that by simply pulling on the drawer it pops open, giving your child easy access to all the bagged dirty diapers.

I like the fact that it can hold up to 30 dirty diapers, but I'm not a huge fan of the design.  It takes up quite a bit of space for a diaper pail in my son's small room.

However, I did like that the lid is easy to open, but not easy enough that toddlers could figure it out.  I also liked that opening the lid and turning the knob to seal the diaper can all be done with one hand - an important feature for those with squirmy little ones.

In my opinion, there are a handful of important improvements that Tommee Tippee needs to make to this product. Generally, every company has some room to improve and grow and since this is Tommee Tippee's first attempt at a diaper pail, I'm sure they will continue to make the necessary changes so that the 360 Sealer is up to par with the rest of their great products.

I think the fact that it jams kinda stinks :) But I like the concept of it.

I had a diaper genie many years ago and it was not all that it was meant to be. Perhaps this one will work better.

I've not seen this particular brand. I know people aren't thrilled with many others (some are very cheaply made). This sounds like a better diaper pale.

This would save my LIFE. LOL. My daughter does day care in our home. I cannot stand the smells. I like how each diaper is self contained.
