Summer Entertaining with Frito-Lay: Prize Pack Giveaway

Here in the Midwest, cold winter weather lasts a good part of the year. That's why when summer finally hits our family is outdoors enjoying the warmth and spending time with one another. We love to have picnics and get-togethers with family and friends. Along with fun and family, also comes flavor! When we have our picnics and get-togethers we want to enjoy delicious snacks. Thanks to Frito-Lay, we can do just that!

Frito-Lay offers a wide range of products that are perfect for summer entertaining:

Hummus Oasis Dip

Suggested Pairing - SunChips® Original Flavored multigrain snacks

Prep Time: 10
Cook Time: 10
Serves: 20

Ingredients:

- 2 cups Sabra® Chipotle or Supremely Spicy Hummus, divided

- 2 cups jumbo lump crab meat, picked, divided or Dungeness
- 1 1⁄4 cups Sabra® Spicy Guacamole, divided
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 bottle Zing Zang® Bloody Mary Mix
- 4 oz. premium vodka, chilled (optional)
- Variety of SunChips®

Directions:
1) In a small mixing bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil and salt together
2) Toss in cilantro and hold for immediate use
3) In a drink shaker, combine bloody Mary mix, ice and premium vodka at
service
4) Layer the following in order clear straight sided dish
a. hummus
b. jumbo lump crab meat c. guacamole
d. chopped cilantro
5) Pour the Bloody Mary around the salad creating a “moat”
6) Serve immediately with SunChips®

We were sent a variety of Frito-Lay chips to try out, and it was really hard to pick just one that I loved most. They are all delicious!!

Our family really does love them all. No matter what we're eating on our grill-outs and picnics, we always find Frito-Lay trips to be a must-have item. The Ruffles Ultimate chips (especially the Sweet & Smokin' BBQ) are sooo good and the perfect combination with grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. The Sun Chips are great as well...specifically on picnics with cold-meat sandwiches. They are also great to snack on and the flavors are out of this world good! Another favorite snack, especially at night when our family is craving something salty...we love Tostitos! We put cheese on them and throw them in the oven for a few minutes until it's melted and they are delicious! Oh, and you can't forget the salsa...yum! I had never had the Multigrain Tostitos before and thought they were delicious!
