Gearing up for Halloween with Family Dollar Stores! ~ Review

I don't know about you, but Fall is flying by! I can't believe that October is already nearing an end. With the weeks going by so quickly, many of us may still be getting things ready for Halloween. Whether you're still on the hunt for great Halloween costumes, candy, or home decor...Family Dollar Stores has got you covered!

We have shopped at our local Family Dollar store a number of times, and I am always impressed with their great selection of products and prices. That's why I couldn't have been happier to learn that Family Dollar Stores wanted to send us a gift card to check out and share with you about the seasonal items being offered this year.

We have a Family Dollar pretty close to where we live, so when our gift card arrived, we were ready to shop their seasonal isles. Walking in, I was amazed to find two full isles full of everything from costumes and candy to adorable Fall home decor.


There were some really cute costumes, including a Winnie the Pooh one which Kaelyn loved. She and Kaden both are VERY excited to go trick or treating this year, and with the sun setting earlier...I know it will be dark out by the time they go out. That's why these cute little pumpkin lanterns caught my eye. At only $1.50 each..you can't go wrong with the price either! The kids are excited to take them along trick or treating.


I was also impressed with the large selection of candy. With trick or treaters coming soon...I thought we'd use some of our gift card and stock up on a few variety packs of candy.

Finally, I love to shop for decor...especially since we just moved into a new house and have more room for it. Fall decor is one of my favorites, so I enjoyed shopping their many adorable items. I ended up buying a cute little scarecrow which looks great on our kitchen counter. We've received many compliments on how much people like it when they visit too!

These are just a few of the many seasonal products offered at Family Dollar Stores. If you're doing a little bit of last minute shopping for Halloween this year, I would definitely recommend checking them out! The selection is great, and the prices can't be beat.
