With both kids old enough to enjoy the pool, sandbox, beach, etc now...it's been fun getting outdoors more. Whether it be at home or a trip with family and friends...we keep busy and love taking advantage of all the summer activities. The kids love it and I'm always keeping an eye out for high quality products that will make their time outside as enjoyable as possible. Thankfully, I don't need to look any further than Gummy Lump!

Dedicated to providing only the highest quality and most unique toys for children ages 0-6 years old...Gummy Lump offers a large selection of children's products from the brands parents know and trust. With everything from puzzles and wood blocks to wooden doll houses and play kitchens...you're sure to find something that suits your children perfectly.

For those who have been reading here for a while, you know that I'm a big Gummy Lump fan! We've had the opportunity to review a few of their products in the past year, and I have always been impressed with their high quality products and trusted brand names. With everything from Melissa & Doug, Kidkraft, Haba, and more...I know I'm always getting top of the line toys that will last.

With summer weather finally here, I couldn't have been more excited to learn that we were going to have the opportunity to review several of the fun outdoor toys offered at Gummy Lump.

We were sent the Melissa & Doug Grub Scouts Sprinkler, Sunny Patch Clicker Crab Pail and Shovel, Crab Tote Bag, Ring Toss Game, and Sunny Patch Froggy Catch game.

When our products arrived, I was immediately drawn to how bright and colorful each of these products are. We are definitely ready to enjoy summer now!

During the summer months, most days are spent in the water. Whether it be the pool, sprinkler or even the beach...we enjoy cooling off on those hot summer days. That's why I knew the kids would be thrilled with the great water and sand toys, specifically the Melissa & Doug Grub Scouts Sprinkler!

Not only do I love how adorable this sprinkler is, but as with all Melissa & Doug products that I've ever come across...it is fantastic quality! It's durable and something I know will last us for many summers. YAY!

It couldn't be easier to use either. Simply attach to the garden hose and turn on the water! We've had sprinklers in the past that shoot out the water too quickly, or the water sprays too high. The kids don't seem to like that, so I was very happy to see that this one had great water pressure and a water height that was great for jumping over and running through. It has already provided hours of fun and summer has just begun!

And, for those days when we're headed to the local pool or beach, what better way to carry all of our things than the Crab Tote Bag?!

Upon picking up the Crab Tote Bag for the first time, I was immediately impressed with the extremely durable material. Of course, I couldn't help but be drawn to the bright colors and fun crab design either!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 11" x 15" x 4.5" size really holds a lot. We usually have pool toys, sand toys and sunblock with us...and in the times we've used it, it's easily held it all! I love that there are even exterior pockets for smaller sized items. Kaelyn loves to carry the bag...it's the perfect size for her.

Another great feature of the Crab bag is the mesh panels in the bottom so we can easily 'sift' out the sand. This will come in handy for our many future trips to the beach this summer!

A beach trip, or even fun in the sandbox or sand table wouldn't be complete without a bucket and shovel. We have owned a couple of buckets in the past, only to have them crack and not last. They were cheap and not worth the little amount of money we paid. That's why I was thrilled to see the Sunny Patch Clicker Crab Pail and Shovel and how durable it is! It's probably the nicest shovel and pail set I've seen. Being a product that is used sooo much during the summer, this is a must!

Again, I love the bright sunny red-orange colors and cute crab theme! It's makes digging for treasures in the sand that much more fun! Kaelyn absolutely loves it. It's really the perfect size for digging and making sandcastles. I love the matching shovel as well!

When we're not in the water, we like to spend time as a family playing games. Whether it's outside on nice days, or inside on the rainy days....I'm always looking for age appropriate activities I can do with them. That's why I was really excited to check out the Ring Toss Game, and Sunny Patch Froggy Catch game!

As Kaelyn gets older, she enjoys playing games that challenge her and allow her to work on her large motor skills and hand-eye coordination. When she caught a glimpse of the Ring Toss Game, she was begging to try it out. That weekend we were headed to her cousin's house for Memorial Day and decided to take the game so they could play together (both of them are 3 1/2 years old).
As I pulled out the game to get it ready for them to play, I was happy to see that there was very little assembly required. It was very easy to put together and in no time we had the game ready to use. It consists of 2 base pieces, 5 posts, 5 rings and 5 cardboard point indicators.

The kids absolutely loved throwing the rings to the posts! I think it made it even more fun for them to have the little chicks on each of the posts.

Since both of them are still pretty young, we decided not to keep track of points, but did still use the point indicators for the colors. I think it's great that they're included...as this is a game that would be fun for children of all ages. We kept the indicators on because the colors matched the colors on the rings and the kids liked trying to mat the ring with the right color. They were able to make the game age appropriate which I love!

It's really a lot of fun, and Kaelyn has been enjoying the challenge of getting her rings on the posts and plays this game several times a week. With its wood construction, I know the Ring Toss game will be one that lasts us a long time. I'm looking forward to the day that Kaden is a bit older and can play with Kaelyn. I know they will have a blast!

Speaking of fun games, the Froggy Catch game is also a lot of fun and recommended for ages 3+. Although Kaden doesn't have the hand/eye coordination for this game, he and Kaelyn still have a lot of fun playing. She and her Daddy also enjoy playing catch.

First of all, I love the Froggy on these catchers. I think that's what made Kaelyn want to play with them at first. They're very appealing to young children, and best of all...they're not only fun, but also educational. They've really allowed her to work on her large motor skills and hand eye coordination.

The set includes two soft balls and two charming, self-stick fabric froggy catchers. I was happy that the balls were soft and safe for young children, as well as the fact that they stick very well to the catchers. It makes it easier for Kaelyn to catch the ball which boosts her confidence and makes her want to play over and over again.

There are adjustable straps on the back of each catcher so they can easily be sized to any hand. I love that both adults and children can play with them!

Overall we've been very happy with each of the products we received for review. Not only have they provided hours of fun, but best of all...the quality is fantastic, which means we'll be able to continue having fun for years to come. The kids have really enjoyed them and I love that they're educational and allow them to work important skills like hand-eye coordination, motor skills, coordination as well as cooperation, creativity and pretend play.
