The Wild Thornberrys: Season One ~ Review

Many of you may be familiar with The Wild Thornberrys. This series premiered in September 1998 and aired until 2004. For those those who aren't familiar, the hit series follows the Thornberry family as they travel the world in their Communications Vehicle looking for rare animals to film. After an encounter with an African Shaman, their youngest child Eliza was able to speak to animals (how neat would that be?!). I remember this series well, and was excited to learn that The Wild Thornberrys: Season One was released on DVD by Shout! Factory on May 17th!

We received The Wild Thornberrys Season One to review and it was fun to take a look back at these great episodes. Each one is adventure-packed and keeps you entertained the entire time. Eliza comes in contact with many different animals and it's fun to see the different situations she gets herself into. I really enjoy following the Thornberry family on their exciting adventures.

Other than the animation and fun places they go....the most captivating part of this series is the storytelling, exciting plots, and great cast. For any fan of The Wild Thornberrys, I would definitely recommend this DVD. It features all 20 action-packed episodes which makes for a lot of fun for the whole family to enjoy.

I'm so glad that Nickelodeon is committed to bringing back some of the classic television shows like this one. I can't wait to see what they come out with next!

Buy It: The SRP for The Wild Thornberrys: Season One DVD is $29.93.

**I received a copy of this DVD to review. All opinions are my own and weren't influenced in any way**
