I do my best to make foods that are healthy for my family. I'm not saying we never indulge in some sweet foods every now and then, but when it comes to the meals I make...I want them to be as healthy as possible. That's why I was excited to learn about Garlic Gold Oil.

Upon opening the bottle, I was immediately impressed with how great it smelled. It smelled like real garlic! So yummy! We also were sent several packets of garlic nuggets which can be added to salads, etc to add even more yummy flavor.

I have found the Garlic Gold Oil to be great for sauteeing several different things. It adds such a rich flavor to meats...even bread as a dipping sauce. Although I've tried it in several ways...including sauces, my favorite was adding it to a Parmesan Chicken Recipe I had.

We love chicken, and love garlic, so I had a feeling this would be a big hit. I was right! In one bowl I had the Garlic Gold Oil and another I had bread crumbs, parmesan chicken, and Italian seasoning. I dipped the chicken in the oil, then the crumb mixture and made sure it was coated well. I then heated 1 1/2 tsp of olive oil in a fry pan and added the chicken, cooking for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. We served over noodles with marinara sauce it was delicious. It was such an easy way to give life to a recipe we've been making for a long time. I was surprised how pleasant the garlic taste was. I was worried it was going to be overpowering, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. We all loved it!

I look forward to trying the Garlic Gold Oil with more recipes. I haven't roasted potatoes with it yet, but think that would be super easy and so delicious!

With so many uses, great flavor and a shelf life of 6-12 months opened...this is definitely a great Mother's Day gift idea for moms who love to cook! It's something I wish I had come across sooner.
