Freschetta By The Slice Pizza and 6 Pc Storage Container Set ~ Review & Giveaway

When it comes to food, my husband and I have very different taste. He likes things more simple and bland...while I like a lot of flavor and am up for trying new things. Our daughter is more like him, and our son is more like me. When it comes to buying food, like a pizza for instance, it can be rather difficult to please everyone. Thankfully, Freschetta has come up with an answer!

We were sent a coupon to buy and try out the new FRESCHETTA® By the Slice pizza! With options like BBQ Recipe Chicken, Vegetable Medley, Six Cheese Medley and Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom...our decision was not an easy one. We decided to try out the Six Cheese Medley first.

There was no waiting around for 15 minutes for the pizza to get done in the oven. Nope, with Freschetta By The Slice, our yummy slice of pizza was ready after just 4 minutes in the microwave. Now came the true test...would it really be as good as the Freschetta pizza we all know and love?! The answer is....YES! The slice is pretty large, so each of us had a little bit and loved it! It really did taste like it had just come out of the oven. Between the perfect amounts of two different styles of mozzarella and provolone, cheddar, fontina and Romano and a great tasting surprising crispy crust...this slice of pizza was delicious!


Freschetta By The Slice is one perfect slice of pizza, containing the same premium, fresh ingredients found in all Freschetta pizzas! We have been very impressed with how delicious these slices of pizza really are...especially considering they come out of the microwave! I look forward to trying the other varieties very soon! It's perfect for our family who has different preferences when it comes to pizza toppings...one of the biggest benefits to having it available by the slice instead of the whole pie. Not to mention the fact that for lunches when it's just me and the kids, we don't need a whole pizza...so having such an easy and delicious way to enjoy slices instead is great.

Freshcetta has also created a really great 6-piece Storage Set for storing and keeping a wide variety of foods fresh until you are ready to eat them. I love how there are different sizes and that they're so easy to use. The seal on the lid is wonderful as well. Who doesn't need good quality storage containers, right?!
