Frigidaire Square Bakestone with Utensil and Gourmac Melamine 3-Bowl Set Review

Frigidaire is well known for their appliances, but did you know they offer a great selection of other products for the home?! With everything from accessories for kitchen, laundry and air conditioners...I was amazed with all that they offer the first time I came across their website.

When I learned I was going to have the opportunity to review a couple of Frigidaire accessories, I couldn't have been happier. Browsing through their products, I found their website to be very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Although I loved all of the categories, I was especially drawn to 'kitchen'. I decided on the Square Bakestone with Utensil and Gourmac Melamine 3-Bowl Set to review, and am so happy I did!


When the products arrived, I was really looking forward to checking them out.

The red Gourmac Melamine 3-Bowl Set caught my eye right away. I love red, it's a color that goes great with the rest of the accessories and decor in my kitchen, and best of all...the quality has far exceeded my expectations. They are heavy duty and wash up beautifully. I love that they are dishwasher safe, as it makes cleaning them very easy.

I also appreciate the fact that they come in three sizes...a 2, 3, and 4 liter bowl. This makes it easier for me to find the right size bowl for what I need it for. It also makes it super easy to store because they nest, one inside of the other. As someone who needs more cupboard space, having bowls that store easy like this is great!

I've used the bowls several times and love so many things about them. The nonskid rubber ring on the bottom is great. It helps the bowl stay in place and keeps it from sliding when I'm mixing.

The heat resistant handles are another great feature as well as the pouring spout. Many of the bowls I owned prior to these did not have pouring spouts. It makes it so much easier when I'm making something like muffins. They have really thought of everything when designing these great bowls. They're perfect!

Of course, I was also interested in checking out the Baking Stone. I've heard so many great things about using baking stones for pizza, and couldn't be happier with the results! The Frigidaire bakestone provides even heat distribution which bakes up some of the best pizza I've had. I love that that it can also be used for things like cookies..yum!

I really appreciate the fact that the Baking Stone came with a serving utensil which makes moving hot items from the bakestone to a serving platter or other location very easy.

The bakestone sits right down in a two-handled carrier. It's perfect for lifting and carrying and ensures that we are handling it safely when taking it out of the oven and placing it on the counter or table.

Overall I've been very happy with the products we received from Frigidaire. They are fantastic quality and things I know will last us a long time. Each of these products adds convenience in the kitchen and makes baking a lot of fun. I would highly recommend checking out these and other Frigidaire products.
