My Wonderful Walls Review & Giveaway (Winner's Choice!)

Up until a few years ago, my husband and I had only rented. Although we tried to make each place our own, we were limited on space and not being able to paint the walls. As you can imagine, we were very excited when we bought the house we're in now. I couldn't wait to paint and decorate how I wanted to! As we've worked on finishing each room, one thing remains a priority to me...making sure that each one represents who we are and the things that are important to us. I especially enjoy pieces that are unique and personal, which is why I was excited when introduced to My Wonderful Walls.

After hand-painting a wall mural in his son's bedroom, graphic artist and industrial designer, Michael Goins and his wife, Stephanie got the idea for My Wonderful Walls. They knew that other parents would really enjoy doing this as well, but that most (like myself) lack the artistic training and/or confidence to do so. Since its beginning in 2007, My Wonderful Walls has grown to not only include several mural stencil kits, but also color-adjustable personalized canvas art...all created by Michael himself. Offering colorful and imaginative kids murals and wall art for everything from Flower Garden and Princess themes to Dinosaur and Farm, there's sure to be something for every child's room....both boy and girl!

As I browsed the My Wonderful Walls website for the first time, I was amazed with their great selection of unique pieces and fun designs and couldn't have been happier to learn we were going to have the opportunity to review something. Although it was not an easy decision (there are SO many great choices), I decided to go with the Sweet Songbird Canvas Flower Theme Wall Mural and am so happy I did!

When the canvas art piece arrived, I couldn't wait to check it out. As I pulled it out of the box I was amazed! It is even more stunning in person than it is online. I love the vibrant colors and stylish look. Not only do the colors match Kaelyn's room perfectly, but the fact that it is personalized with her name makes it so special! It's unique and something she really is in awe of.

The quality is very impressive, which is great as I know it will last a long time. The stretched canvas is not only durable, but gallery wrapped so that a frame is not needed.

It couldn't have been easier to hang either! I knew the perfect place for it in her room, and with the included saw tooth hanger on the back, had it up in no time! Measuring 15" x 20", it's a great size...not too small and not too big....just large enough to make a fun, personal statement in her room. We've had several people comment on how beautiful it is...I couldn't agree more!

I love that My Wonderful Walls provides a unique color-adjusting service for free! If you love the designs, but the colors don't match your child's bedding...all you have to do is send them a picture and they'll adjust the colors to match! It's that easy! Not only that, but all the wall murals in a theme are harmoniously designed so you can pick and choose your favorites and hang. So simple! I absolutely love these coordinating pieces...


...and at some point, think it would be fun to do a Transporation Theme Wall Mural in Kaden's room!
