Checking Our List #33: Cuisipro Batter Dispenser Review & Giveaway

If there's a time of the year that I'm in the kitchen most, it's now. With all of the holiday get-togethers and family visiting...I am busy making meals and Christmas goodies. I am always on the lookout for tools to make the process easier, which is why I'm thankful for Cuisipro and their great line of products.

If you've visited my blog in the past, you may remember a few of the other Cuisipro products I've reviewed. I've been very happy with their high quality kitchen tools and was thrilled to learn we were going to have the opportunity to test out the batter dispenser.Features/Benefits:

When the batter dispenser arrived, I couldn't wait to test it out.

As I pulled it out of the box I was very happy with the quality. It's extremely well made and something I see lasting us for a long time. With as much use as I know it will get (and has already gotten), this is much appreciated!

I decided to try it out making pancakes first and was amazed with how easy it is to use. After filling the dispenser with the batter, I was able to use the 3-size selector to choose small, medium or large size. This makes it possible to get the perfect size pancakes and muffins every time! I was happy to learn that it even dispenses blueberries and chocolate chips...as these are two favorites in our house.

By squeezing the ergonomic handle of this innovative batter dispenser, the batter comes out measuring consistent portions. In the past when I make pancakes and muffins, I find that it makes quite the mess. I always end up with batter on parts of the pan where it shouldn't be from dripping, which only makes clean up that much more time-consuming. Thankfully, the Cuisipro Batter Dispenser has a drip-resistant valve when the handle is squeezed. At first I did notice that it dripped a couple of times right after dispensing the batter, but learned if I held it over the pan just a bit longer and waited for it to get everything out...that it didn't drip any more. Overall it's been a lot less messy (and much easier!) than the way I used to do it.

In the time we've been able to use the Cuisipro Batter Dispenser, I've been very happy with the results. I have not found any other way to get such consistent, even portions every single time. The process of making things like muffins and pancakes has never been more convenient or easy..especially this time of year when I'm baking a lot. I really can't believe I went so long without it, but am so thankful to have it now. With Christmas just around the corner it's definitely a product I'd recommend checking out for the people on your list!
