Just because it's the middle of summer doesn't mean a hot cup of coffee isn't just as yummy as any other time of the year, right? I don't know about you, but no matter what the season, I enjoy my morning cappuccino or cup of coffee just the same! That's why I was excited when I came across Capresso and their amazing line of innovative coffee makers, coffee grinders, espresso machines and more!
Every day more Americans discover the better taste, aroma and freshness of high-pressure-brewed coffee. That's why Capresso is dedicated to providing high quality, finely engineered products that deliver superior performance along with convenience and reliability.

When I pulled the Espresso & Cappuccino Machine out of the box, my first impression was what great quality it is! Something like this is used almost every day by avid coffee drinkers, so it's important that it's made with quality in mind. I was very happy to see that it was!

I also love the appearance. This machine fits right in with my other small appliances which is great since it is something that sits out on the counter all the time. It's very modern looking which I love! For some reason I thought it was going to be larger and bulky, and was very happy to see that it was such a nice size. It takes up less room than my coffee machine which I really like.

It arrived with perfect timing, as my twin brother (who loves coffee) was visiting and helped me test it out for the first time! The fact that it allowed us to experience the full taste of espressos, cappuccinos and lattes right from my kitchen was great! He likes his coffee much stronger than I do. The fact that the Capresso 4-Cup Espresso & Cappuccino Machine features an exclusive Coffee/Steam selector that makes it easy to control both brewing and steaming, makes it possible to adjust the strength to each of our personal tastes.

We were both amazed with how easy it is to use too. The instructions were great in helping us get started. First we had to make sure that the basket was filled with ground coffee. We used coffee labeled 'espresso' which was very good and was suitable for a machine like this. We then put the basket into place.

Next we unscrewed the boiler cap and filled it with water. Then screwed it back on.

After placing the carafe on the drip tray, we turned on the machine so it could start heating the water. After approximately 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, hot water started forcing its way through the filter holder and into the carafe.

My brother wanted an espresso, so this was all he had to do before it was ready to drink. I wanted cappuccino. We followed these same steps, but instead of letting the espresso coffee fill the glass carafe, we slid the coffee/steam selector to the steam symbol. This stopped the flow so we could froth the milk we had set aside.

Frothing was easy, but it took a little bit of practice. By immersing the black frother nozzle into the milk it steamed and frothed it. We learned quickly how to control how much steam was pushed out by turning the steam knob.

After we had frothed our milk, we set it aside and pushed the coffee/steam selector back to the cub symbol. Coffee continued to brew. When we had enough espresso, we poured it into a cup and added the steamed milk and froth. Yum is all I have to say!

It was so simple, and in no time we had a yummy cup of coffee and cappuccino.

I would highly recommend the Capresso 4-Cup Espresso & Cappuccino Machine to anyone who loves lattes, cappuccinos and espressos! It's high quality, easy to use and gives you a fresh cup every time! It does take a few minutes to brew and prepare, but it's worth the wait.

Buy It: You can purchase the Capresso 4-Cup Espresso & Cappuccino Machine for $59.99.

I've had my eye on a frappe maker for a while but I also love Cappuccinos and Lattes. I might just make the switch and get the Capresso instead. Thanks for the review!
