When it comes to strollers, one thing I look for is high quality and the ability to use it in all different types of situations. Whether we're on a walk around our hilly neighborhood or are spending a day at the zoo...we need something that handles well and doesn't take up a lot of space. That's why I was excited when Scandinavian Child asked if I'd like to review the new Micralite FastFold Superlite stroller.

I had seen pictures of the Micralite FastFold Superlite, but had no idea how much I'd like its unique and modern design until we got it all put together. It's definitely different than any other stroller we've seen or used before. In my opinion, the breathable mesh seat is what really gives it a look all its own. I wasn't sure how comfortable the seat would be for Kaden, but any time we've used it he seems to be very comfortable and enjoys the way it hugs around his body. Also, the fact that it allows air to flow easily helps keep Kaden cool and is perfect this time of year especially.
The fact that the seat has two positions and reclines is great, and a feature I look for in any stroller we use. Kaden is still quite young and naps often when we're out and about. Having the option to recline the seat back a bit is a huge plus and a feature we've already used a lot.Safety is huge and a must with any stroller we use. I greatly appreciate the 5 point harness on this stroller. No matter if our 7 month old or 2 1/2 year old is riding in it...I have the peace of mind knowing that they are safe and secure.
My favorite thing about the Micralite FastFold Superlite when comparing it to other strollers we've used, is the fact that it has all the features of a full-size stroller but functions as an umbrella stroller. It's like having the best of both in one stroller which is fantastic!It has a super easy folding design. By simply it can be folded up in no time at all. We have found it to be very compact when folded and the perfect size to throw in the back of our vehicle when we're going somewhere.
Weighing just 14 pounds, it's also very lightweight. This makes traveling with it, and pushing it very easy. It's ergonomic design makes it incredibly easy to push, even with one hand.Speaking of pushing the stroller...there's nothing more frustrating than having a stroller that is not designed for both the tall and the short. With my hubby being 6'3 and myself at 5'3 (maybe), it's a must that we have the ability to adjust the handles so we both can push the stroller comfortably. Thankfully, the Micralite FastFold Superlite Stroller has this option and we love it! By simply pushing up the handle bar clamps and rotating the handle bars, we have been able to find a position that is comfortable for each of us to use.
With its 12" all terrain removable pneumatic rear wheels and 6" front swivel wheels, this stroller is made to use anywhere we go. The back tires are made to soak up the bumps and ensure that the passenger has a very comfortable ride. For the most part, it seems anywhere we go...whether it be a rocky road or a hilly path...it handles it very well. The swiveling front wheels are another favorite. They make it very easy to maneuver, even in the tightest of places.
Overall, we're very pleased with the Micralite FastFold Superlite and all the great features it offers. Our kids find it comfortable and fun to ride in, and we are thrilled with the size, quality and convenience!
