Gearing Up For Summer #16: Baby Banz Bucket Hat & Sunglasses Combo Set Review/Giveaway

Thankfully the weather has felt more like summer lately! That means we're spending as much of our time outdoors as possible. I love it when the sun shines and the weather is warm, but as I've mentioned before...my top priority this time of year especially...is to make sure my kids are protected from the sun.

Last October we had the opportunity to review a pair of Baby Banz Ski Banz for Kaelyn and loved the quality. Knowing the kind of products Baby Banz offers and how great they are, made me even more excited to try out the products with Kaden when they arrived.

Once again, Baby Banz did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the quality of both the sun hat and sunglasses. The bucket hat is absolutely adorable! I love the wide-brim and the fact that it's made to block out 97.5% of UVA and UVB rays and has a rating of UPF 50+. One of my favorite features is the Velcro closure in the back to allow for easy adjustment. This not only makes it easy to size to his head, but it also helps keep him from pulling it off too.



I was really excited to try the sunglasses, because so far we had not found anything that would stay on his head or that he wouldn't want to take off right away. The minute we put the Baby Banz sunglasses on his face, I knew they were different. He seemed completely comfortable in them which was great! I think a lot of it had to do with the embedded silicone nose and brow piece. Aside from the fact that he enjoys wearing them, I also LOVE the wrap-around neoprene strap with Velcro adjustment to keep glasses in place. This works like a charm! They stay on Kaden's head until we're ready to take them off.

I'm really happy with both products we received from Baby Banz and feel great knowing that Kaden is being protected from the sun while we're outdoors.
