Soft Star Shoes Review

When it comes to shoes for my kids, I want to make sure that I am doing what's best for their developing little feet. At the same time, I also like to find shoes that are cute and stylish. Thankfully, Soft Star Shoes can make sure I get all of these things with their quality sandals, shoes, boots and sheepskin soled moccasin slippers!

For the past 25 years, Soft Star Shoes has been hand stitching colorful and durable shoes for members of the whole family! They use all natural, high quality materials in every pair. Soft and flexible soles are used to help mimic bare feet...making them the next best thing to bare feet! Whether you have extra wide feet, narrow feet...or something in between, Soft Star Shoes has something for you because they custom make each pair!

When I found out I was going to have the chance to review a pair of Soft Star Shoes, I was thrilled! In looking through their site, it was very difficult to choose just one...there are many cute ones that caught my eye. With summer around the corner, I decided to go with the Laguna Sandal Tidal in chocolate for Kaelyn. Soft Star Shoes allowed me to check out using their website to get the full experience of ordering. I must say that it couldn't have been more simple. I even received an e-mail when my order was placed as well as a shipping confirmation e-mail.

When the sandals arrived, I knew they would be a little on the big side....as this is how I ordered them so they would last Kaelyn through the summer. She tried them on still and loved them. They fit well enough for her to still wear them, and they're the ones she hardly ever wants to take off now.

My first impression of the sandals were what great quality they are! They're made of durable leather that is extremely soft. I could tell they would be very comfortable for her little feet! I also LOVE the flexible, soft rubber soles. They are strong enough to protect her feet from getting hurt, but lightweight and soft enough to mold to her feet and allow them to move freely!

I really like how cute and stylish they are. The tie around the ankle is unique and a great feature in my opinion. It helps to keep the sandals on and not slip off. The toe openings are smaller than on other brands I've seen. This helps to keep the feet safe, but still gives it the coolness and feel of a sandal.

Overall, I am very impressed with this sandal! I'm looking forward to warmer weather so Kaelyn can wear them even more. I'm definitely going to be turning to Soft Star Shoes in the future. I already have my eye on these Buttercup Mocs in Baby Blue for Kaden...aren't they cute?!

Buy It: You can purchase the Laguna Sandal Tidal in Chocolate from the Soft Star Shoes website. Prices start at $30.

I am having a hard time deciding what size soft star shoes to order for my baby girl with a chubby little marshmallow foot. How do you feel the sizing runs? According to their size chart I should order a 6 wide but she is a 5 or 5.5 in every other brand and a 21 in euro shoes. Thanks!
