Here in the midwest summers are WAY too short! This summer we've had many rainy and cold days...making it feel even shorter! So, every warm day we get we try and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible!! This weekend was a perfect time for that! The temps were beautiful and we had no plans but to spend the weekend as a family....it was absolutely PERFECT! I think Kaelyn had the most fun of us all!! :) It was nice to put the housework on hold and enjoy a relaxing weekend as a family!

Ugh....I'm in the midwest too, but I am originally from Utah. I agree, these cool rainy days haven't been much fun for us!!! I'm use to LONG summers, Lot's of swimming & tons of popsicles!!!
