Married for 2 years and a stay at home mom to our 1 year old son Cameron. I love writing, exercising and learning more of what it means to be a parent.
Growing up I don’t think I ever really pictured myself being a stay at home mom. I wasn’t really a “kid person.” However, something changed when I had Cameron and I discovered that I was more capable than I had previously thought.
I’m also a seeker of awesome, high-quality baby/children’s products. I get pretty happy when I find something that can add some fun and convenience to my life.
It’s exciting to be in the beginning stages of starting our family and sharing some bits and pieces with you along the way.

My desire has always been to be a stay at home mom, and I'm so thankful that I'm able to do so! I'm learning as I go and feel more confident each day that this is God's purpose for me.

(Please note: I reserve the right to refuse to print anything that may not be well-suited for this particular blog and the topics I cover). Having me review and post my opinion about your product is a great way to inform my readers about your product and website. Readers come to A Mom’s Balancing Act to read a real Mom’s perspective on the products and services out there for parents and kids, as well as for information on deals and money saving tips!
Between my husband, our daughter, two sons, and myself (also a former early childhood educator), we are able to review a variety of family friendly products. For me to review your product, you must send a non-returnable item. I review great products for Moms, Dads, and kids…things like books, baby/children products of all kinds, DVDs, toys, food, health/beauty items, clothing and accessories, house and home products, and much more.

Another great way to spread the word about your family-friendly products is to sponsor a reader giveaway! Companies sponsoring the giveaway are responsible for shipping prizes to winners as well as for any tax or shipping and handling fees. It is preferred that one non-returnable item be sent to me for review before the giveaway since giveaways naturally go along with reviews.
I will write my review of your product and at the end of the post, will announce the giveaway (preferably active for no less than 10 days and up to 1 month). I prefer for readers to enter contests by leaving comments on the post. Participants will be required to visit your site as part of the giveaway stipulations. When it ends, I will randomly select the winner/winners, collect the addresses and forward it to you for direct shipping to them.
