Now that I have children, I would much rather shop for them than myself. It's not very often that I go shopping to find something for myself, but when I do, I make sure that it's affordable, versatile and most importantly...something that will last! With the state our economy is currently in, I think it's even more important to shop with these things in mind. That's why I was thrilled when approached to review a piece of clothing from Dressbarn!

I was extremely excited to have the opportunity to review these gray dress pants from such a trusted company as Dressbarn.

First of all, I just have to say that I couldn't have been happier with these pants! Having had our second baby just a few months ago, I'm still sifting through my closet trying to figure out what fits and what doesn't. This was one piece of clothing that I've been needing and was thrilled that they not only fit well, but even has a tummy control panel to help flatten my tummy! Yay! Although they are a bit more on the dressy side, I found that they are incredibly comfortable. I just love the fabric. Having two kids that I'm constantly chasing around means that comfort is a must. I also appreciate the fact that they are fashionable.

I was sent these pants as part of a fashion mission from Dressbarn. My mission was to utilize this new clothing essential by making three different looks (business meeting, date night, family gathering). At first I was concerned that this would be a bit difficult, but as I searched through my clothes I realized how easy it really was!

I can hardly believe it's March already! I feel like the New Year just began. With as quickly as the past couple of months have been flying by, I would expect that the next couple will be the same way. The moment I took the The Safe Sippy2 out of the package, I knew that this would be something that would last us a very long time. Between it's very durable (and safe) stainless steel body, easy to grip sleeve, and removable handles...this is the type of drinking cup we've been searching for, for quite some time. I love that it can be converted from a sippy cup to a straw cup as well. I wasn't sure how easy it would be convert, but after one time realized it's super simple. The straw and straw adapter couldn't be more simple to use. I love that it also comes with dust cap and travel plug.


I'm very impressed with the quality as well as all of the features of The Safe Sippy2. It has a great design and Kaelyn absolutely loves to use it. Having the option to use it as a sippy cup or straw cup makes it possible for kids of various age ranges to use it. We will definitely be looking at getting Kaden one once he starts drinking out of a cup as well! I'd also love to try The Safe Sporter at some point.

Curious George is a favorite around our house. It's one of Kaelyn's favorite television shows and we even have a couple of Curious George books as well. That's why I was really excited when I found out that we were going to have the opportunity to review Curious George 2: Follow That Monkey!

When we received the DVD in the mail, Kaelyn saw it and immediately asked if we could watch it. That evening we sat down and watched it as a family. As always, Curious George was very cute and funny. We really enjoyed the movie and the story line a lot. The movie held Kaelyn's attention the entire time....for a 2 year old this is pretty good! We enjoyed the bonus features as well. These include:

If your little one loves Curious George, this is definitely a movie I'd recommend checking out! We are sure happy to own it and I'm sure will have many more giggles with Curious George as we watch it time and time again.
