Shopping for Clothes and Saving Money

Posted by Jenna | Wednesday, August 08, 2012

Not only does August mean "back to school" shopping for many families, but it is also a great time to start shopping for the upcoming season. After having my third baby just 8 months ago, I am finding that many of my fall and winter clothes do not fit how I like them to. For that reason, I have not only been shopping for school clothes for Kaelyn, but also looking for some new things for my closet as well.

I have found August to be a great time to shop, as there are many great sales going on for both children's clothing and adult clothing. With three children, it's not always easy to shop in-store, fighting the long lines and crowds of people. There are times it's more of a hassle than it's worth. That's why I'm so thankful for online shopping. It been a great alternative and ensures that I am not missing out on fantastic savings, especially on clothing!

Shopping online makes life much easier for busy moms like myself. It's convenient, not to mention a great way to shop a number of places in a short period of time. I can do it from home, and most times I find that I'm able to get just as great of deals, if not better thanks to sites like CouponSnapshot which offers Clothing & Accessories Vouchers and coupon codes that help me save money. If you have been reading here for a while, you have probably read about my experience using this valuable resource!

I've especially enjoyed using CouponSnapshot lately, because their user-friendly site makes it easy to find the stores and deals I'm looking for. There are helpful tabs at the top that I use to search through stores and coupons for both Kaelyn and myself. Whether it's Surfstich discount codes or another online store, I'm sure to find the latest deals to help save money on clothing for us both. So far my online shopping for back to school and fall and winter apparel has gone very well. I am going to continue to shop online and of course, search out as many deals and coupons as I can in the process.

How about you? Do you find yourself saving more when shopping online or in-store?

Thanks for the tips. I will have to check these sites out. I think that researching on line makes it easier to save money. There is times though I like to try it on in person to make sure! Both have their good points. Rita Spratlen rjspratlen@gmail.com
