It wasn't long after Kaden's first birthday that we began discussing transitioning him from his highchair to a booster seat. There comes a time when the bulky seat and tray are not necessary any more...and with Kaden able to feed himself, we felt it was the perfect time for him to join us right up at the table for mealtime. In search for something durable, safe, and easy to clean...I was introduced to Prince Lionheart and their amazing line of products!

When the boosterPOD arrived, I couldn't wait to check it out.

Upon opening the box, I was already impressed with the quality! Not only could I tell that it is well-made, but I LOVE the soft, cushiony seat to ensure comfort for my kids. Although I had seen pictures of people squeezing the cushioned seat, it took me doing it to truly believe that it's actually that cushy. I can now tell you, it is! It's fantastic.

Of course, the pretty blue color caught my eye as well. I love it even more in person than I thought I would. Although there are several colors to choose from (which is great for families for both boys and girls), I thought the blue would be something that both Kaden and Kaelyn could use.

Getting it ready to use couldn't have been easier. There is one safety strap to secure around the back of the chair and one that goes underneath. They are easy to adjust so that they fit any chair. Having this dual strap system gives me piece of mind knowing that the booster seat is secured to the chair and isn't going anywhere when my kids are sitting in it.

An added bonus is the slip and scratch resistant bottom to help keep furniture safe from scratches, as well as to ensure it stays in place to protect the child. Love it!

Speaking of safety...there is also a comfortable 3-point child safety harness which is just as easy to use and adjust as the dual strap system for the chair. My kids usually do not like to be strapped into anything, but this is comfortable enough that it doesn't seem to bother them at all. In fact, both kids seem so happy in the chair, they both want to use it at mealtime. I think that means we'll be purchasing a second Prince Lionheart boosterPOD in the near future! :)



At first I thought it might be a bit too short for Kaden yet, but having used it several times with him...it's really been working out great. I wouldn't have it any other way. I can see this lasting us a long time and growing with both he and Kaelyn over the years. With an age recommendation of 12 months+...it's suitable for families with children of all ages.

Aside from quality and safety...two of my top priorities when it comes to baby gear, I also look for items that are easy to maintain and clean. Thankfully, Prince Lionheart created the boosterPOD with parents like me in mind! Being waterproof, it's incredibly easy to wipe clean. I absolutely love that this product is one piece and doesn't have all the cracks for food to go and get stuck in. YAY!

Overall, we've been very happy with the boosterPOD from Prince Lionheart. The quality is great, and best of all...the many safety features ensure that my kids are safe and secure while sitting in it. If you're looking for a great booster seat for your little one...something that makes sitting at the table safe, comfortable and fun...I would highly recommend the boosterPOD.
