With three young children, we have a lot of toys, gear and other baby items around our home. It can become quite cluttered rather quickly without organization which is why I do my best to keep things in baskets, totes, etc. I'm always looking for new ways to keep things organized and thanks to Prince Lionheart have found a great way to do that with some of our baby items!
If you've been a follower here for a while, you probably are familiar with this family-owned and operated business. Operating upon three core beliefs, Prince Lionheart is dedicated to quality, innovation and outstanding service. Although times have changed over the years...their commitment to these beliefs remain the same. I think this is great and appreciate their selection of feeding, nursery, safety and play items.
We own several Prince Lionheart items and are continually impressed with their high quality, innovative products. As I focus on organizing the kids' things, I was excited to learn we were going to have the opportunity to review the Prince Lionheart Modular Diaper Depot!
Features/Benefits:
- multiple configurations for any space in your home
- can be separated to create two Depot stations
- Handles allow for easy transport
- Includes detachable hook for hanging
- Detachable tray secures Prince Lionheart wipes warmers in place
We've never had a great way of organizing our diapers, wipes, lotions, diaper creams, etc. In fact, it usually all ends up getting thrown in a basket where we have to dig for it every time we need something. Thanks to the Prince Lionheart Modular diaperDEPOT that will no longer be a problem!
When the diaperDEPOT arrived, I was excited to check it out. Upon pulling it out of the box I was already impressed with the high quality. Once again, Prince Lionheart did not disappoint! It was extremely easy to figure out and put together, no instructions necessary.
What I love about the Diaper Depot from Prince Lionheart is that it's customizable to you and the space you have. With 6+ different configurations you can make it smaller or larger and easily able to fit in any space that you have. When I first got it put together, I was trying out a couple of the different configurations...you can lay it flat, stand it up, use it with both or just one...the possibilities are many.
Once I got it in Caysen's room, I decided to try hanging it on his changing table. The changing table we have does not have a flat side to it, but hanging it along the front worked very well. Using the detachable hook I easily was able to hook it on the front. Once I had it in place, I filled it with the necessities and found that it was very handy when doing diaper changes. No more reaching into a basket and having to dig through everything!
After using it this way for a while, I decided to try it out with the two Depot stations together so we could store more diapers. I LOVE it this way! It's so clean and organized looking, and holds quite a bit of stuff...diapers, wipes on top if you have the Prince Lionheart warmer which secures to the top, and creams, lotions, etc on each side.
We've been using it this way for a while and have really liked it! Another way I've thought about using it as Caysen goes through less diapers in a day, is to separate them and make two Depot stations...one for his room and one out in the living room where we change many diapers as well. Either way, I appreciate that it has many different options and can be changed as our needs and wants change.
The Modular Diaper Depot from Prince Lionheart has really helped us stay more organized and makes me wonder how we went so long without it. Simply fill it, stack it, hang it, etc and you have the complete diaper changing station! We really love it and would recommend it to other parents with little ones.
And, unlike many other baby items that may not have a purpose once your little one is older...I came up with a great way to use this after Caysen is out of diapers! Not only do I like to keep the kids' toys and things organized, but also their art supplies. I have a closet that is begging for organization, and this will be the perfect solution to keeping their paper, coloring books, scissors and writing utensils neat and organized (or even my office supplies!)! It's nice to know that we'll be able to use this for many years, even after the kids are out of diapers!
