Holiday Gift Guide #14: QuickSmart 3 in 1 Travel Bassinet Review & Giveaway

With our third baby born just a couple of weeks ago, we're already learning which baby products are on our list of must-have items for parents with multiple children...especially when we're on the go. With less space in the vehicle now with three children and fewer hands to carry everything and everyone...finding high quality products that are convenient, versatile and make day to day tasks a little easier is important to us. That's why I am so happy to have been introduced to QuickSmart.

When I was first introduced to QuickSmart, we were soon expecting our third baby. I enjoyed browsing through their great line of baby gear and could see how many of them would be useful for busy parents on the go. I was especially drawn to their 3 in 1 Travel Bassinet and couldn't have been happier to learn we were going to have the opportunity to review one.

When the 3 in 1 Travel Bassinet arrived, I couldn't wait to check it out. Pulling it out of the box, I was already impressed with the quality. Just lifting it and checking out the detail, I could tell this product is well made, durable and made with quality materials that will last. The fabric is that which is easy to care for and easy to clean...a must for any busy parent in my opinion!

Checking it out, I also was amazed with the compact size. I couldn't believe that this diaper bag, also folds out for use as a hygienic changing station and instant travel bassinet.

The diaper bag is a convenient 14.2 in H x 3.9 in L x 16.5 in W in size. It's great for toting around all the essentials we need for our little one, including diapers, wipes, pacifiers...even bottles and diaper creams. Being so compact, I was really happy to see just how much storage there really is. There are pockets on both sides that hold quite a bit. It also features a handy carrying strap which makes it easy to carry with us wherever we're going.

Of course, the diaper bag is just one way this item can be used. As I mentioned, it's a 3-in-1 product and can also be used as a changing station and travel bassinet as well. This time of year we're on the go quite a bit. Between Christmas shopping and visiting family and friends, having such a travel-friendly product is great. Best of all...it couldn't be easier to unfold and use.

By simply removing the carrying strap, removing the buckle prongs on either side of the folded bag and separating the Velcro running down the middle of the cot...we had a travel bassinet ready to use. It literally unfolds in seconds to a structured sleeping cot for babies up to 19.8 lbs!

I was amazed at how stable the bassinet is when unfolded. At 6.7 in H x 28.3 in L x 16.5 in W in size, I was also happy to see that it would easily suit our newborn and would be able to grow with him for quite some time. It's absolutely perfect!

Not only does Caysen enjoy sleeping in the bassinet, but he also enjoys laying and relaxing in it as well. It's the perfect safe place for him to hang out while we're eating, etc. He loves to look at the black and gray designs on the sides which holds his attention for quite some time as well.

One feature I did not expect, but greatly appreciate is the removable cotton sheet for easy care, easy wear. The fact that it comes with a sheet already in it is great and I love that it is easily cared for.

Another use for this product is as a baby changing station. There is a baby change mat located in the rectangular shaped side pocket which easily unfolds and lays right inside the bassinet for comfort and hygiene. It's easy to care for, and makes diaper changes a breeze. Whenever we're visiting someone else's home, it's nice to have a clean, cozy place to change Caysen.

I love that there's plenty of space for all of the diapers and diaper changing essentials...including a special place to keep wipes and have them accessible when we need them.

Having had the chance to use the QuickSmart 3 in 1 Travel Bassinet several times now, we have been very happy with it and wish we had something like this when Kaelyn and Kaden were babies. It's extremely versatile, compact and makes days when we're on the go easier than ever. Having a place for Caysen to sleep, change his diapers, and a diaper bag all in one has been fantastic. The modern design, high quality and versatility are what make this portable bassinet an item I would highly recommend to parents with babies and think it would make a terrific Christmas gift!
