From the time Kaelyn was very young she has had a love for getting dressed up. The moment we put her in a dress...her eyes lit up. Over the years that has not changed. In fact, most days she walks out of her bedroom in a dress and asks if it's ok to wear that day. For those who have been reading here for a while, you probably remember me mentioning Shabby Apple a time or two (or ten!)! I've talked a lot about their fabulous women's dresses, but have also found myself drooling over their little girls dresses for quite some time. That's why I couldn't have been happier to learn we were going to have the opportunity to review one.
With so many cute girls dresses to choose from, it was not an easy decision to choose just one. I mean, how adorable are these?!
After much time browsing through my choices, I decided to go with the Fields of Gold dress for Kaelyn and am so happy I did!
I was also very happy with the quality. It's not very often that I come across little girls dresses that are great quality. They usually wear out fairly quickly and overall, are pretty cheaply made. Thankfully, that was not the case with the Fields of Gold dress at all! The fabric is more thick and something I can see lasting a long time.Of course, the adorable print also caught my attention. I love the sunny, floral fabric with pink, peach and green flowers. It's fun and great for summer.
Kaelyn saw the dress right away and being the dress fanatic that she is, she couldn't wait to try it on. I will admit, I was excited to see it on her too! I already thought it was cute, but once I saw it on her...it got even cuter! I absolutely love everything about it. It's very stylish and unique. It's also incredibly cute!!
I really like that it ties at the top of the sleeves. Not only does this give the dress more detail and character, but it also helped us size it to Kaelyn just perfectly.
I also appreciate the longer length of the dress. It's long enough that I don't need to worry about it riding up while she's playing which is great. I love it!!Overall I've been very impressed with the Fields of Gold dress. The quality is fantastic and it's absolutely adorable. Anytime she wears it, we receive compliments and people asking where we got it.
As I begin to show more and more with baby #3, I now have my eye on their great selection of maternity dresses. What I love is that they are stylish, flattering and something any pregnant woman could wear with confidence and comfort. The Bow Baby and Oh Baby dresses are a couple of my favorites!
