Enjoy Lighting Flameless Candles ~ Review & Giveaway

I want my home to be warm and inviting, which is why I have always loved candles! There's something soothing about the soft light and subtle fragrances that really set a relaxing mood in a room. I have one that I burn on occasion, however...with two very curious little ones, I must make sure it's out of reach and in a safe place. Sometimes it's more of a hassle than it's worth, which is why I have been searching for a better solution. Thankfully I have found Enjoy Lighting.

Browsing the Enjoy Lighting website for the first time, I realized their flameless candles may be just what I have been looking for. Something that's both safe and beautiful. I was excited to learn that I was going to have the opportunity to review a couple.

Enjoy Lighting sent me two Green Mottled flameless candles with an Amber Clove fragrance.

As I took the candles out of box, I was immediately impressed with the size. They are large enough to stand out in a room and add to the decor we already have. They are perfect for tables, countertops, shelves, ledges and more. I was also amazed with how much they look like traditional candles. I love that these flameless candles are made with real wax...it really gives them a lifelike appearance. Unlike the flameless candles I've tried in the past, no one would ever know that these were not the real deal.

I am very picky when it comes to fragrance. I get headaches easily and can't have anything too strong. I was very happy to find that the Amber Clove fragrance was pleasant and not overwhelming. It adds even more to the realistic feel of these candles and is something I can smell the moment I walk in our living room. I love it!

I also like that the wax is not even on the top. The edges actually looks like it's been melted down just like a real candle.

Of course, after checking them out...I couldn't wait to see how they looked on. The underside of the candle is where the batteries go. The larger candle took 4 AA batteries and the smaller candle took 2 AA batteries. Although this is quite a few, I must say that the minimal cost of replacing batteries is nothing compared to having to replace candles on a regular basis. While a traditional wicked candle can burn out in hours or days, Enjoy Lighting flameless candles will last for years!

Once I had the batteries in, I turned the candles on using the switch on the bottom. There is actually an on/off mode, as well as a timer mode. The on/off is for manual use, while the timer makes it more convenient for the user. I enjoy having candlelight throughout the day, but especially once the sun goes down. I was excited to learn that using the timer function, I could actually have my candles turn on automatically at the same time each day. Basically, they can be turned on and will stay on for four hours. Then, the next day it will come on at the exact same time and will stay on for four hours. For example, if I want it to come on at 5pm every day, I just set it on timer, and it will shut off after 4 hours. Then it comes back on at 5pm the next day. They also have some that have a second switch so you can set the timer to run for 4, 6, or 8 hours.

Upon turning it on, I was very impressed with the flickering light. These real wax flameless candles have 3 LED's precisely placed and are programmed to create a flickering effect that casts dancing shadows just like a real flame. I was amazed how real it looks. The bulbs are made to last last over 100,000 hours!


I have been thrilled with my Enjoy Lighting flameless candles! The candlelight adds so much warmth to our living room and fits in with our decor perfectly. With the built in timer they are very convenient to use, and the LED light source is the most realistic I've seen! I am planning on purchasing more in the future and would highly recommend them to others looking for great flameless candles.
