As a busy mom of 2 young children, I am always on the go. That's why I am always open to finding ways to make getting ready in the morning a little bit easier. Even when we're home most of the day, I still like to get fixed up some. Doing my hair is often the biggest challenge, especially when it's too short to put up. I was impressed with how quickly I received the flat iron and couldn't wait to try it out, as it was something completely new to me. I've used larger flat irons in the past, but was curious to see how this 5 1/2" long one compared and worked. As I took it out of the box, I couldn't believe how tiny it was. It was even smaller than I had pictured it to be. I was thinking, "Could this thing really straighten my naturally wavy hair?"

To my surprise it actually can....and very well I might add! Having used it, I can tell you that it heats up very quickly, much like any other flat iron I've used before. I tried using it to straighten all of my hair, and although it worked ok, it did take quite a bit longer than a larger flat iron does. I do love the results I get with it though, and think it would be wonderful for travel or quick touch ups! It leaves my hair so shiny, smooth and healthy looking. I have often found myself wishing I could quick touch up my frizzy hair, and now I can. It's just so simple to use, and the fact that it's purse size is great! I think it's perfect for people with shorter hair especially.

Not only can it be used for straightening, but works great for flipping and curling as well. Now that I have it, I can't believe I went without something like this for so long. It's so convenient and definitely a must among hair styling tools in my opinion. I would highly recommend Flat Iron Experts and their great selection of hair care products!
