Shabby Apple ~ Review & $50 GC Giveaway

I enjoy shopping, but when it comes to buying clothes for myself (especially dresses!)....I often feel discouraged. Finding something that covers enough skin, lays just right and makes me feel comfortable and confident is not always easy. Since having children, I need to find simple, stylish and more modest clothing which is why I love Shabby Apple!
Shabby Apple offers a great selection of dresses, tops, etc. that allow women to look fabulous, without having to compromise anything else. And, with a variety of dresses, tops, shoes, maternity, and more ...you're sure to find something that suits you perfectly!

If you've been following here for a while now, you know that I'm a fan of Shabby Apple! They offer a great line of dresses, clothing and accessories that I enjoy checking out for myself and my daughter! Whether your style is flirty, sophisticated, or something else....there's a little something for everyone!

When I learned I was going to have the opportunity to review a dress from Shabby Apple, I couldn't have been more excited! I've recently lost quite a bit of weight and was looking forward to finding something stylish and comfortable for the spring/summer months ahead. As I browsed their large selection of dresses, I will admit that it was not easy choosing just ONE!

These are just a few I was drawn to right away...

What I appreciate about all the dresses I've seen from Shabby Apple, is that they are not only super stylish and classy, but also offer enough coverage to make women feel confident and comfortable while wearing them! This is what instantly drew me to the Da Vinci dress, the dress I received to review.
When the dress arrived, I was impressed with the quality right away. I could tell that the fabric was not only high quality, but that it was also extremely soft and comfortable as well! When I put the dress on, I couldn't believe how soft and comfortable it is!

I love the simple, casual look of this dress. With one part looking more like a sweatshirt, and the other with puff-sleeves....this dress is great for informal outings. I like to be comfortable especially when out and about with the kids, and this dress offers that comfort! It's perfect!
I really like the style, as well as the design and how confident it makes me feel when wearing it. Between the drop waist, kangaroo pockets, and A-line skirt...this dress is flattering and loose enough where it needs to be, while fitted enough where it can be. It's one of those dresses that's great for your next weekend getaway as well as your everyday routine.

This dress was marked as fitting generously, so I used the fit guide to help me determine the size. I went with a size smaller than I normally wear and am very happy I did! It fits great. The only thing I would change is the length because I'm quite short. At 5'2", this dress hits me a little bit lower than I would normally wear, but other than that it fits perfectly!

I'm looking forward to wearing my Da Vinci dress more as the weather continues to warm up. I will definitely be shopping Shappy Apple again. I would highly recommend the Women's Dresses at www.ShabbyApple.com! You simply can't go wrong with their stylish selection. As you browse around their site you'll also find great shoes, tops and more!
