Baby & Mommy Must-haves Event #4: Bright Starts Cuddle & Soothe Blanket Review & Dancing Teether Friends Giveaway

From the time they were very young, both of my kids have had a love for anything soft they can cuddle with. Stuffed animals, comfy blankets...you name it! There are still times when we're out and about and Kaden gets antsy or tired and wants his blankey. Having something smaller and more convenient would be nice...which is why I'm thankful to have been introduced to a great product from Bright Starts....one that will be great for Baby #3 too!

When the Cuddle & Soothe Blanket arrived, I was excited to check it out. As I pulled it out of the box, I was immediately impressed with the way it was presented. I love when you can buy a product and see it well, but at the same time have it presented in a nice way for gift-giving,...especially when it comes to baby items.

Of course, I couldn't help but notice how incredibly cute and soft the blanket is as well! Laying it out, I was happy with the larger size. Measuring 12" by 12" is absolutely perfect, especially for on the go parents. It's not too big, but not too small either. As I said, it's really cute. It features an adorable scene on it and lots of colors. Both of my kids (nearly 2 years old and 4 years old) were drawn to it for that fact alone which I thought was neat. I have a feeling the colors and characters will definitely be appealing to our little one when he/she arrives as well.

The super soft material makes it great for cuddling...which my almost four year old mentioned right away. She kept holding up to her face telling me how soft it is and how much the baby will love it.

Not only is having a soft, cuddly blanket for little ones a must...but this particular product offers several features to help entertain and soothe baby as well. My favorite would definitely have to be the large teether corner to help soothe baby's gums.

Any parent with little ones knows how miserable teething can be for their kids. Kaden is almost 2 and is still going through his share of discomfort. That's why he's especially loved the teether corner and chews on it a lot. It's the perfect size and texture and I know it's something baby #3 will enjoy as well.
There are also multiple textures for tactile stimulation, including tags on one side.

Overall I've been really happy with the Cuddle & Soothe Blanket from Bright Starts. It's not only made to help comfort babies by giving them something to cuddle with, but also soothe their gums and give them something to play with and entertain them. Kaden has really enjoyed it, and I have a feeling our new baby will too!

As I browsed Bright Starts for other teething products, I came across the Dancing Teether Friends which I thought would come in really handy as well. In my opinion you can never have enough teethers (several for home, car and diaper bag are ideal). These character teethers would be great for soothing baby's gums. They feature a teether body, hands and feet.

Of course, these are just a couple of many great products offered from Bright Starts. With everything from swings and bouncers to toys and entertainers...I would definitely recommend any new parent check them out.
