Pampers Big Mother's Day Give & $300 AMEX GC Giveaway!

Last month around Mother's Day, I shared with you about Pampers celebrating their 50th birthday. They know how much parenting has changed over the years and sharing their believe that every baby is a little miracle that deserves to be celebrated, supported and protected, they unveiled a Little Miracles Mission campaign. This program was about delivering acts of kindness to miracles and their families while encouraging parents to support others. I really though it was a great idea, and couldn't have been happier to learn about what they're up to now!
Pampers is taking their pay-it-forward campaign to a whole new level with the help of Points of Light Institute, by throwing baby showers for 1,000 moms across the country in May and June. I think this is fantastic! I was blessed to have a couple of baby showers with each of my pregnancies, and can't describe how special they made me feel. It was great being with friends and family, celebrating the coming arrival of our babies.

Over the last few weeks, several expectant moms have been given a very special surprise and their pictures and stories will be shared right on Pampers Facebook Page. In fact, I have a couple of short videos to share with you from the showers that have recently been thrown.

The first one is the surprise baby shower for a military family - Sergeant First Class Sam & Cindy Wolford.


The second video is the baby shower thrown to honor expecting mom, Magdalene Adolphe.


I am very touched just hearing these stories and seeing the joy these baby showers brought to expectant parents. They were so thankful and excited! What a great way to celebrate a new life and support the new parents with products they'll need and most important, love.

Mission #2 is also live on the Pampers Facebook Page. This is all about making dad's first Father's Day one he'll never forget! The mission is to help give dads the time he and his baby deserve to bond. It's so critical to baby's development, and Pampers knows that. Just by running some of his errands, covering his late meeting at work or helping him with some chorest at home can make room for some precious quality time with his little miracle. If Pampers gets 4,000 commitments to complete the mission, they will throw special Father's Day cook-outs for dads and babies across the country.

Also, every person who commits to this mission is automatically entered into the Miracles Missions sweepstakes for a chance to win free diapers and wipes for a year!
