I absolutely love being a mom! It's the best, most rewarding thing in the world. Although wonderful, it can also be stressful and exhausting at times too. By the end of a long day of taking care of my kids, fixing meals, cleaning and doing other daily tasks...I'm ready to sit down and relax. A massage every now and then is nice too. I don't have the time or money to go get a massage every week. That's why I was excited to see how well I'd like the Phat QR Anti Cellulite Deep Tissue Massager. It's a simple device that offers a short cut for people looking to massage those sore muscles as well as reducing the presence and visibility of cellulite.

When it arrived, I couldn't wait to check it out. It was actually smaller than I expected...just a bit bigger than my hand. There is a strap along the back which secures it to your hand so you can easily use it without it slipping and moving around. It's lightweight and very easy to use.

It's constructed with 7 deep set metal spheres that roll on your skin and provide deep tissue massage improving circulation and delivering oxygen to stagnant cells. It is made to break down bulging and uneven fat cells 'ironing' out the surface of the skin too.

I've been using the Phat QR Massager for a couple weeks now and really like with how well it massages. I often have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders by the end of a long day, and this has really seemed to help those sore muscles. Since I am not accustomed to deep tissue massage, I've just been using it lightly and it's been working great.

With cellulite affecting 90 percent of women and 10 percent of men...especially as we get older, this is something that may help many of us with that as well. In the time I've used it, I haven't noticed much of a difference on the surface of my skin...but when the time comes that I have more of a need for reducing cellulite, I look forward to using it.

In the meantime though, I have enjoyed having a simple massager like this that works effectively. Having something that's so lightweight and convenient to use has been great. After using it I feel more relaxed, and when I'm more relaxed I know I'm a much happier and better mom and wife too.
