When I first came across the Bake Me a Wish! site, I couldn't help but drool over their amazing selection of delicious looking cakes! Our sinfully delectable Chocolate Truffle Lava Cakes arrive in packs of 4 and are ready to go into the oven or microwave upon arrival. After heating, each cake is a single-serve masterpiece with warm, thick chocolate cake, powdered sugar and a surprise inside - rich, liquid chocolate flows out of the middle for a taste experience beyond compare.

When the package arrived, I was very impressed with the way they were boxed to ensure freshness. Much care is taken to make sure that you receive your cake ready to eat which is greatly appreciated and something that should help put your mind at ease when ordering from them.

Aside from being impressed with their packaging, I was very curious how well I would like the cake it self. The pictures look delicious, but would it really be that good?! The answer is a YES! These dessert cakes did not last long in our household...they were unbelievably good and gone within a day! So moist and fresh. I think my favorite part was the rich, liquid chocolate in the middle. I love chocolate and found these truffle lava cakes to exceed any expectations I had.

I am very happy to have been introduced to Bake Me a Wish! My Hubby has a birthday coming up soon and I know he'd absolutely love the Cookies and Cream Cake.
