Disney Store Vinylmation Robots ~ Review & Giveaway

Our family loves all things Disney, so you can imagine our excitement when we learned that Disney Store launched two new Vinyl collections last month...the limited edition Disney POP! (exclusively available at Sand Diego's Comic-Con) and Vinylmation Robots!

Vinylmation Robots in particular, have hit Disney Stores nationwide, as well as DisneyStore.com. These small figurines were designed by Disney Store artists who were inspired by vintage wind-up robot toys of the 1950s. The Disney Store Vinylmation Robots collection includes 12 three-inch vinyl figures representing a different robot persona. There are also three nine-inch limited edition Robots characters available as well.

Just seeing pictures of the Vinylmation Robots online had me very much intrigued. That's why I was excited to learn we were going to have the opportunity to review one.

When the Vinylmation Robot arrived, I was excited to check it out. Other than the extremely cool vintage looking box that it comes in, I also thought it was neat that you don't know which Vinylmation Robot you're getting until you open the box. What a fun surprise!

Upon opening the box, we found our box contained Vinylmation Robots Voltinator-Bot.

I love the fun, unique and colorful design of each of the Vinylmation Robots. The kids were drawn to it right away. I don't blame them. Not only are these 3 inch Robots a lot of fun to look at, they're really the perfect size for kids to play with as well. Of course, the "Mickey Ears" make it even more fun for them...as Mickey Mouse is a favorite around our house!

Overall I've been really impressed with the quality, design and overall fun of the Vinylmation Robot. I think these little characters would especially be great for any Disney collector or fan. We're very happy to have one of our own.
