Hippie Clippies Review & Giveaway

When Kaelyn was born, she did not have a lot of hair. I remember being so excited when she finally had a strand I could put a bow on! Although it was fun to finally do something with her hair, even to this day, her fine hair makes it difficult to find bows that will stay in place. That's why I was happy when introduced to Hippie Clippies!

When I learned we were going to have the opportunity to review a pack of Hippie Clippies, I couldn't have been more excited. We were sent the Social Butterfly pack of 4.

When the Hippie Clippies arrived, I was immediately impressed with the way they were packaged. Not only did they come in a crystal clear envelope to ensure they would arrive safely, but I love how they are displayed and so easy to see on signature cardstock. It always impresses me when companies take the time to package their products with care. It's great for gift-giving too!

I was also drawn to the fun colors and designs. Kaelyn wears a lot of purples and pinks, so I knew these clips would be perfect. I love that the multi-colored ones go with so many of her outfits, and since she has a lot of pink and yellow...so do the other two. They're perfect for her wardrobe. I couldn't be happier.

Of course, I was also interested in checking them out and putting them in Kaelyn's hair. Upon pulling them out of the packaging, I was happy to see what great quality they are. I could tell the ribbon is thick and durable, and I love the heat-sealed ends. This helps to prevent fraying which means our Hippie Clippies will last us a long time! YAY! The fact that the top and edges are covered also means they're more comfortable for Kaelyn to wear which is also very important.

Although I thought they were adorable, I couldn't help but wonder how well they would stay in her fine hair. As I said, this is one of our biggest struggles...so I was excited to see how they worked. There are color-coordinated grips on them to keep the clippies in place. They are made for any hair type and having used them several times on Kaelyn already, I can tell you that they work wonderfully. Kaelyn is very active, and even when she's running around, they stay in place and hold up beautifully. Hippie Clippies definitely did not disappoint!

I have been very impressed with Hippie Clippies. Not only are the hair clips for girls super cute, but the quality and time that went into making sure that they will last, stay in place and are easy to use is much appreciated. No matter what type of hair type your little girl may have, I would highly recommend Hippie Clippies.
