Celebrating Mom #4: The Vintage Pearl Review & Giveaway

As a mom, I'm proud to have my kids' names, birthstones, etc on the jewelry I wear. It symbolizes family and the things that are important to me. Pieces like this are meaningful and the ones you'll find me wearing most often, no matter where I'm going or what I'm wearing. That's why I couldn't have been happier to find The Vintage Pearl and their amazing selection of handstamped jewelry and keepsakes.

In 2007, Erin Edwards began selling jewelry online. Making jewelry was not only a creative outlet for her, but provided a little bit of income and the flexibility to stay home with her 4 young children. Over the years Erin's jewelry business continued to grow, and in 2010 moved into a much needed, bigger space - a retail store!

As I browsed The Vintage Pearl website, I was amazed with their beautiful handstamped jewelry and keepsakes. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish, including the letters which are individually stamped by hand. This one-of-a-kind look is what makes these pieces so special and unique. And, with everything from handstamped necklaces, leather cuffs, earrings and more....there's sure to be something for everyone!

I have several special personalized necklaces I like to wear, but have never owned a bracelet with such meaning. That's why I was instantly drawn to the Pearl Bracelet with a Charm and couldn't have been happier to learn I was going to have the opportunity to review one.

When the bracelet arrived, I was immediately impressed with the way it was presented. I love when a company takes time to package their products with care and The Vintage Pearl definitely did. It arrived in a cute black pouch which not only gives me a nice place to keep it when I'm not wearing it, but it would also make it great for gift giving.

Of course, I couldn't wait to check it out. Upon pulling it out, I was in awe! I absolutely LOVE it! This bracelet features a strand of freshwater pearls with a sterling silver heart toggle clasp. Off the heart toggle hangs a single sterling 1" charm (the best part of the whole bracelet in my opinion) that can be handstamped with up to 30 letters and spaces. I have a lot of pieces with just my kids' names on it, so for this one I decided to have all of our names put on it. It turned out fantastic! The names are so carefully placed on the circle and couldn't have been handstamped more perfectly! There's even a small pearl that hangs in the middle of the charm which is a very nice touch.


I was a little concerned that it may be difficult to get on and off, but I love the silver heart toggle clasp. It's not only cute, but really easy for me to use.

From seeing it online, I knew it would be beautiful, but had no idea it would be this gorgeous. It's very classy and timeless and something I will cherish always. The quality is great and makes this a piece I know I will be able to wear for years to come.

I really love the unique look of this bracelet. It's stunning and stands out no matter what I'm wearing. I've already worn it several times...with everything from jeans to dresswear and always receive compliments on it. The personalization is what really sets this bracelet apart from any others I own and makes it a very meaningful piece to me.
