Gearing Up For Summer #25: Franklin Goose Me-In-Mind Children's Shoes Review and Giveaway

With summer officially here, I've been in search for a good pair of shoes for Kaden. We spend a lot of time outdoors, and as he becomes more and more active, I want his little feet protected. I'm rather picky when it comes to shoes for my kids though. I want to make sure that I am doing what's best for their developing little feet. At the same time, I also like to find shoes that are cute and stylish, as well as affordable. Thankfully, Franklin Goose has come to the rescue again!
Franklin Goose understands how overwhelming it can be as a parent to find the right products. Not only are they aware that there are many products available, but also many that should be avoided for health and safety reason. When I first came across Franklin Goose a few months ago, I was very impressed with the selection of products they offer. I could spend hours browsing their selection of diapers, toys, clothing, household, and all the other products they offer! A few months ago, I had the opportunity to share with you about Franklin Goose and their Kidco Peapod Travel Tent. Having had such a positive experience with Franklin Goose, I was thrilled to learn that they have children's shoes and that we were going to have the opportunity to review a pair for Kaden.

Franklin Goose sent us the Me-In-Mind Boy's Surfing Monkeys Vegan Slip-On Shoes.

When they arrived I was excited to check them out. As I pulled them out of the box, I was already impressed with the way they were packaged. I love it when a company goes above and beyond by personalizing the packaging for their product. The shoes arrived in a signature Me-In-Mind shoebox.

The shoes themselves are adorable. The surfing monkey design is very unique and cute. The colors are neutral and something I have found matches a lot of things in Kaden's wardrobe! The quality material makes them durable as well as easy to clean.

The fact that they're a classic slip-on shoe makes them super easy to get on and off Kaden's chubby little feet! There's no fussing with shoe laces like we have had to do in the past. I wasn't sure how well they'd stay on...but we've had no problems at all. The elastic collar in them really help them stay in place. They're even a little big, as we wanted them to fit him through the summer...and we've still had no problems with them falling off.

The soft sole is also something that's very important to me. I like for my kids' feet to have room to move around and develop the way they're supposed to. These Me-In-Mind shoes help them to do just that, and also seem very comfortable for him. The soft sole is used in the younger baby shoes and is not meant for outdoor use once they begin walking around. However, the larger sizes have a rubber sole....so Me-In-Mind has thought of everything!


Once again, Franklin Goose did not disappoint! We are very happy with the Me-in-Mind shoes and would love to get another pair for Kaden at some point. They are wonderful quality, stylish, and best of all...they are great for Kaden's developing little feet. I would highly recommend checking them out. They offer a variety of styles for both boys and girls that are absolutely adorable!
