Baby Genius Musical Vacuum Review and Giveaway

I have one more fantastic toy to share with you from Baby Genius' new developmental toy line. I saved this one for last, because it's one of my favorites. Just a recap for those who may have missed the last two Baby Genius reviews I did....they are a company that offers music-based products that are entertaining, educational and beneficial to babies and young children. You'll find everything from CD's to Books...and most recently added, toys! Their new toy line consists of musically inspired role-play toys that incorporate all of the Baby Genius Characters!

Kaelyn is at an age where pretend play is much of what she does. It's great to see her making sense of the world around her. One way she does this is through role playing the daily tasks she sees Mommy and Daddy do. For instance, when I am dusting, she'll grab a little feather duster she has and starts to dust too. She does the same thing when we vacuum. That's why I knew the Baby Genius Musical Vacuum would be an absolute hit with her!

When it arrived, I was very excited to get it out and see how she liked it. As she played with it, I realized it offered much more than I even expected it to.

The fact that it resembles and sounds like a real vacuum makes Kaelyn feel like she's really vacuuming and helping me clean. The moment I pull out our vacuum, she runs to get hers and comes out to 'help' me. It's so much fun to see her pretend-cleaning and having fun at the same time! She absolutely loves it!


As with the other two products we received from Baby Genius, the quality is great! This is not a cheaply made toy that will break after a few uses. I can see this lasting us a very long time and will be something Kaden can enjoy one day too.

I now have my eye on the DJ's Sing-a-long Keyboard and Vinko's Musical Broom. These are both things I know she would enjoy and hope to purchase for her soon.
